Reseller Program FAQ

1. How do I make money by reselling SetuFax services?

When you purchase accounts through SetuFax Reseller Program, you receive a commission, based on your purchase volume, off the face value of the cards. Thus, you make a profit when selling these accounts at retail prices.

2. How do I sign up for the Reseller Program?

In order to sign up for the Program, you must first sign and fax back the Reseller Agreement. If you do not already have a copy of this agreement, please contact your SetuFax Sales Administrator at faxadmin@setuinfocom.com

3. Is there a minimum investment?

Yes. The minimum monthly investment is US $1,000. For any orders under $5,000 you will receive a 10% commission. Once you surpass the $5,000 monthly threshold, you will be eligible for higher commission rates. Contact your SetuFax Account Manager at faxadmin@setuinfocom.com find out more.

4. What methods of payment does Setu Infocom accept?

Resellers can pay for services with any of the methods listed here:Indian Rupees and US Dollars, COD, DD, personal Cheques/Company Cheques, MO, VPP and Purchased orders(Company).

5. Do I resell these services under my own brand, or that of SetuFax?

The marketing of these accounts is completely up to you. You may print cards with your own brand name and choose whether or not you would like to mention SetuFax as the service provider. We can also provide you your own brand name,please contact your SetuFax Sales Administrator at faxadmin@setuinfocom.com

6. Who controls the rates to individual countries?

As a Reseller, you do not set the rates charged to the end user. The rates are set by Setu Infocom according to market demand. If you are exclusive reseller, however, we can provide you the control panel for controlling the rates.

7. How soon can I begin selling my accounts?

After payment is received and the funds have cleared, you can receive your accounts within 24 hours.

8. How do I get the UserIDs and Passwords for the accounts I have purchased?

Upon receipt of payment, SetuFax will email you the UserIDs and Passwords in Microsoft Excel file format or printed cards.

9. How long do the accounts last?

The Reseller Basic accounts last for LifeTime validity, if the Terms and Conditions are as maintained.
